ACTIVITIES ON THE FIELD WITH THE ANIMATION TEAM TO DEBATE ON THE COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN

In Mali is going on the dissemination of risks’ campaign communication materials in the villages of the AwArtMali project’s intervention municipalities.

The roll-out of the communication campaign has start last august and now we are able to share the first report of the activities realized to promote the risks’ campaign.
Our partners on the field – Le Tonus NGO and the agency Wabaria consulting – have delivered flyers, posters and roll-up prepared in cooperation with the italian communication agency Giusti Eventi. As it follows, some numbers of materials shared and a synthetic report of the areas that have been involved in the sharing.

Distribution of flyers by municipality and village
The total number of flyers delivered at the moment is 300 and they have been provided in 12 municipalities, as it follows:

➢ Kambila, 4 villages, 25 flyers per village
➢ Yélékébougou, 4 villages, 25 flyers per village
➢ Diogare, 2 villages, 25 flyers per village
➢ Diago, 2 villages, 25 flyers per village

Distribution of posters by municipality and village
The total number of posters delivered at the moment is 200 and they have been provided in 20 municipalities, as it follows:

➢ Kambila 7 villages, 10 posters per village
➢ Yélékébougou 7 villages, 10 posters per village
➢ Diogare 3 villages, 10 posters per village
➢ Diago 3 villages, 10 posters per village

For each of the following villages, communication materials were shared in public squares, in the village Head’s house, in schools and in the town hall with teachers, students, returning and potential migrants
